It is an ancient Hemadpanthi temple of Kedareshwara. This structure is almost 1100 years old. Being situated at the heart of the Yavatmal town, the temple attracts lots of devotees. The Temple Structure

There is a Kedareshwara shrine inside the temple. This structure is of great importance and antiquity. The sabha mandap is designed in 1915. The entrance part is highly decorated and ornamented. It also contains a big linga symbol. There is a Nandi in front of it and it is installed on a pedestal. There is a brass idol of Lord Shankara guarded by eleven hooded cobra made of brass.

Being located in the center of the city, the temple is crowded with large number of devotees. It has a spiritual ambiance and an artistic flavor. The entrance and the entire structure are amazingly designed and attract many art lovers too.
